Does low marginal taxes at the top cause inequality?

Related to my discussion with Yitch, an interesting post about how, possibly, low marginal taxes at top rates encourage risk-taking, and thus generates large differences in outcomes and therefore inequality.

Somehow, I'm reminded of an earlier conversation where someone told me, that it is in the nature of entrepreneurs to fail, and it is only the very few who manage to see success on a given instance.
