Borscht Steakhouse - cheap, but looks like it's more worth it to pay for good steaks!

Eh.. Borscht, opposite Chomp Chomp at Serangoon Gardens. Set dinner at about $13, beef was quite tough and was not tasty or juicy. I think this is pretty much it for me in terms of cheap beef - better to head for the slightly pricier places in order to get a good steak!
